Track Description:
E-learning refers to the use of technological tools to provide formalised teaching and training (including computers and the internet). During this pandemic era, most schools and universities around the world were obliged to provide their students with e-learning plans. E-learning also offers an adequate means of providing training programs to workers and practitioners in a variety of fields, including agriculture, medicine, education, utilities, and industry, allowing rapid and cost-effective exchange of information and skills. However, concerning the technological, methodological, socio-economic, accessibility, and privacy/ethical dimensions of e-learning, the efficacy, and efficiency of technology-based teaching and training presents many challenges. These problems can be effectively turned into opportunities for enhancement if well handled.
We welcome papers addressing the technological, methodological, social-economic, and privacy/ethical dimensions of online teaching and training in this pandemic, with a specific emphasis on how to overcome the challenges of e-learning.
